Job summary

As the Deputy Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Practice Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass compliance, HR, etc. Rest assured; you will have the support of a strong management team which includes a Practice manager.

We are looking for adaptable and loyal team players, eager to contribute to a supportive and dynamic practice. A comprehensive handover will be provided by the outgoing Practice Manager, ensuring a smooth transition.

The post is part time / full-time post. Additionally, you will enjoy 5 weeks' leave per year, statutory bank holidays, and access to the NHS pension.

Salary: Negotiable.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills

Desirable

  • A leadership / business / management

Experience

Essential

  • - Experience in working with general public.
  • - Experience in staff management ( including multidisciplinary teams) and performance management .
  • - Experience of workforce planning , forecasting and development.
  • -Experience of developing and implementing policies , procedure and projects .

Desirable

  • -Management experience within the NHS or in Practice Management
  • - Experience of financial management ( including budgeting )
  • - NHS / Primary Care General Practice experience
