We are looking for a warm, reliable and organised GP Surgery Receptionist to join our small and friendly practice in the Notting Hill / North Kensington area.

Main duties of the job

About us

Our surgery has a patient list size of around 4,000, giving us a close-knit, community feel. We are a small team, and we are looking for someone who would like to become part of our surgery family.

The role will involve welcoming patients, answering calls, booking appointments, handling patient queries, supporting clinicians and helping with day-to-day administrative tasks. Previous GP surgery or NHS reception experience would be helpful, but a positive attitude, good communication skills and a caring approach are just as important.
