ABOUT THE ROLE As a Head of Housekeeping at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create the warm and homely surroundings that are so important to delivering quality care and support. ABOUT YOU
Experience of housekeeping in a care home, hospital or hotel environment will be very advantageous for the role of Head of Housekeeping. We'll also look for a proven ability to lead and inspire a team and be able to actively participate in the day-to-day cleaning of the home alongside the housekeeping staff. A caring nature and good communication skills are important as you'll often come into contact with other members of staff, residents and their relatives.

Qualifications
Essential
- Experience in housekeeping within a care home, hospital, or hotel setting is advantageous. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, alongside the capability to actively participate in daily cleaning tasks, is essential. Strong communication skills and a caring nature are important.
