Main duties of the job

You will manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that every room and living space is impeccably maintained. This position requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to motivate your team to deliver their best. Housekeeping experience in environments such as care homes, hospitals, or hotels is advantageous, and leadership skills are essential. Good communication skills are also important as interaction with staff, residents, and their families is frequent. The role comes with shift times of 8:00-16:00 or 7:00-15:00, including working every other weekend.
