Job summary

The Role:

We have an opportunity for a Health Care Assistant in our Ward department. You will work with Nurses & Consultants to provide patient care. Ideal candidates will have compassion and a desire to develop skills. Previous care experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. An NVQ level 2 or 3 in care is advantageous, and we can support your training needs. Attention to detail and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations are essential.

Successful applicants will be self-directed, flexible, and ready to contribute. We prioritize safe, quality patient care.
