Main duties of the job

Join Rodley House and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home our residents love. You must be able to work 18 hours per week and bank shifts, including alternate weekends. The shift pattern for this role will be 8am - 2pm. Keep communal areas safe, clean, and welcoming. Dust, polish, and vacuum residents rooms to a high standard. Work with the management team to maintain hygiene standards. Bring warmth and kindness to residents through small actssmiles, chats, and friendly presence.
