As a Learning and Development Facilitator, your role will be crucial in providing quality training to ensure our teams deliver exceptional care. You will also assess learners' understanding and facilitate both face-to-face and virtual courses, ensuring accurate records on the Learning Management System.

If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we would love to hear from you!ABOUT THE ROLEYour focus as Learning and Development Facilitator will be to drive performance and quality within our homes through delivery of quality assured training to our team. You will be ensuring that we have a competent and compliant team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.Other responsibilities will include:
- Leading training sessions for a cluster of homes, focusing on statutory and mandatory topics
- Identifying learning needs using the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Planning and designing engaging learning courses and content.
- Facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses, both face-to-face and virtually, accurately recording training sessions in the LMS.
- Assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout training.
- Experience in learning and development within the adult social care sector.
- Experience in adult social care and related qualifications.
- Knowledge of statutory and mandatory training requirements.
- Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and meeting neurodiversity learning needs.
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to work towards it).
- Level 3 (or above) in Health and Social Care (or similar).
- A UK driving licence and own transport.
- A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
