We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing & Clinical Professionals Manager to lead our nursing, midwifery and clinical professional teams at our Nottingham clinic. Main duties of the job

  • Provide leadership and direction to nursing, midwifery and clinical professional teams
  • Promote clinical excellence, patient safety and continuous quality improvement
  • Support the delivery of clinical strategy and workforce development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and governance frameworks
  • Enhance patient experience through service improvement and compassionate care
  • Maintain a visible clinical presence, supporting service delivery where required

Job responsibilities

As a key member of the clinic leadership team, you will work closely with the Clinic Director and Medical Director to ensure high standards of patient care, safety and professional practice.

You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across clinical services.

Person Specification

Experience

Essential

  • Proven leadership or management experience within a clinical setting
  • Experience of leading and developing teams
  • Experience of driving service improvement and managing change

Skills and Knowledge

Essential

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
  • Understanding of clinical governance and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to influence and engage multidisciplinary teams

Desirable

  • Experience or interest in IVF and assisted reproduction

Qualifications

Essential

  • Registered Nurse, Midwife or relevant Clinical Professional registration
