Main duties of the job
Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Operational Trainer to provide induction and development training to approximately 5 homes and/or hospitals in a specific region. The role ensures staff members are confident and competent in providing exceptional quality care. Trainers are crucial in maintaining the Good and Outstanding care standards Barchester is known for, ensuring each staff member is capable of person-centred and compassionate work. Located in Mansfield, this position is home-based and requires travel within the specified region. Essential qualifications include a C&G 7300 (or equivalent), a diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience in the social care sector, a working knowledge of care sector legislation, and at least two years of training experience.
