ABOUT THE ROLE This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. We'll look to you to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with range of physical and mental needs, whilst also relying on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. You can expect a wide range of responsibilities, from developing tailored care plans to providing medicine safely and delivering excellence across everything you do. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you'll have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for what you do. Main duties of the job

This job is for a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) position at Barchester Healthcare located in Chorleywood. It is a casual, part-time role that offers flexible working hours. The responsibility involves taking care of the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents. The role provides autonomy, allowing nurses to make critical clinical decisions and creating a safe environment for residents. A current NMC registration and knowledge of clinical practices are required. Experience in developing care plans and understanding regulatory frameworks is also essential. The salary for this position is £22.50 per hour.
