Other responsibilities will include: Participate in the planning of all programmes and requirements necessary to make the facility profitable and successful. Financial/Management Reporting Supervise the Head Housekeeper in the cleaning of residents apartments and common areas. Oversee the inventory of supplies and HK budgets.

- Management responsibilities including dealing effectively and professionally with the ongoing pressures and demands of renting apartments, managing staff members, supervising kitchen/dining service three times a day, meeting residents' daily needs.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated with a flexible approach.
- A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by the business.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
