Job Description

Job summary

Pathway is a unique national charity. We have two mutually reinforcing purposes:

i) to improve health & care quality and outcomes for people experiencing homelessness, & other forms of profound social exclusion

ii) to use the evidence & experience we generate to campaign for policy changes that will prevent homelessness & social exclusion in the first place.

Pathways successes since our foundation in 2010 have been based on working intimately within the NHS, our strong clinical leadership, a commitment to evidence-based practice & research, the involvement of lived experience throughout, & a driving commitment to quality improvement, health equity & social justice.

In 2021 Pathway agreed a strategic merger with Crisis, the national homelessness charity. Pathway became a wholly owned subsidiary of Crisis but maintained its operational & organisational independence. This gave Pathway a strong degree of financial certainty & allowed us to take a longer-term, planned approach to our work. Current discussions are looking at options to further strengthen that relationship.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Senior Research & Data Analyst to join our small core team. This new role will be based in our Pathway Partnership Programme (PPP) Team & will work across the organisation in particular with our Pathway Partnership Programme (PPP) & our Policy & Programmes team.Work hours 22.5 a week + hybrid working (both to be agreed)
