Job summary
<p><strong>Job Introduction</strong></p><p>Are you an experienced Manager who wants real influence, <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">autonomy and the chance to shape highquality sexual health services for local communities</span>?</p><p>We are looking for a <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">confident and valuesled <strong>Sexual Health Service Manager</strong> to <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">lead the Cheshire West and Chester Sexual Health Service</span></span>. </p><p>This is a senior leadership role where you will take full responsibility for service delivery, people leadership, performance and quality, working closely with our General Manager and Clinical Leads.</p><p>This role will suit someone with a strong background in health or social care management who enjoys leading multidisciplinary teams, balancing quality with performance, and building services that are accessible, <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">inclusive and genuinely patientcentred</span>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Package Description</strong></p><p>You will join a <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">supportive and experienced leadership team, working across an integrated sexual health service that plays a vital role in improving public health
