Main duties of the job
As a Support Worker at Libertatem Healthcare Group in Plymouth, you'll play a crucial role in empowering individuals to live independently. You will be part of a dedicated team supporting adults with diverse needs, such as mental health challenges, limited mobility, non-verbal communication, companionship needs, Down syndrome, OCD tendencies, acquired brain injuries, speech impediments, and cerebral palsy. Your responsibilities include personal care, assisting with household tasks, supporting shopping and community activities, transporting clients, encouraging social engagement, administering medication, and promoting independence.
