Job responsibilities

Healthcare Logistics & Deliveries Transport and collect school vaccines and blood specimens with proper handling protocols Deliver confidential documents, PPE, and postal items to healthcare facilities Coordinate food deliveries to In-Patient Community units Handle all medical materials with appropriate care and security measures

Facility Support Services Assist with office relocations and equipment moves Support the removal and transportation of office furniture and equipment Maintain organized loading and delivery schedules Execute tasks efficiently while ensuring proper handling of all items

Professional Standards & Compliance Adhere to all departmental procedures and current road laws Report any changes to driving license status to Transport Manager Maintain high standards of customer service and professional conduct Work flexibly to meet departmental objectives and schedules

Safety & Reporting Report all incidents and accidents promptly to Transport Manager Follow established safety protocols for handling sensitive materials Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation Ensure proper vehicle maintenance and safety checks

Working Conditions Flexible working hours to accommodate service requirements Various delivery locations within the service area Physical ability to handle furniture and equipment when required Customer-facing role requiring professional demeanour

Essential

  • Full UK clean Driver licence
