What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities• Building meaningful relationships and providing companionship• Promoting residents' physical, mental and emotional wellbeing• Acting as a Key Worker and supporting personalised care plans• Working alongside nurses and colleagues to deliver outstanding person-centred care• Supporting activities and encouraging residents to maintain existing interests and explore new ones• Keeping accurate care records and reporting changes in residents' wellbeing• Providing support and reassurance to residents' families and visitors
