Will Counsellor

Part time/self employed Will Counsellor required in Bridgewater to visit clients at home to take their Will instructions - no legal experience needed.

We are The Goodwill Partnership. We work for over 150 charities to provide free Wills for their supporters. We have raised over £300 million over the last 4 years for charities in legacies in Wills of their supporters. All our Wills are checked by panel solicitors.

Company established 30 years. All appointments provided. Virtually 100% conversion rate.

Rates of Consultant pay are good and are based on whether the client is single or a couple but our main priority is to provide excellent value for our charity partners. It is because of this policy that we have become the largest company of our kind in the UK and we have an excellent reputation. For example a typical fee for an appointment with a single client is £35 and £62 for an appointment with a couple - the appointment in both cases takes around 1 hour.

Average age of our Consultants is over 55 years . We are an ethical company with very high standards and an excellent reputation.

The role

Your job will be to take our client's Will instructions in the comfort of their own home. No selling is involved. The instructions are all form driven

Average hours to be worked are 15 hours to 20+ hours weekly; these can fluctuate dependent on charity campaigns. Client appointment times are flexible.

Interviews and training will be via Zoom. After that you would be working from home visiting clients in their homes within 20 miles of your home postcode. (extra fees are paid if you are asked to travel over 20 miles). You would need transport and a driving licence. Your own computer and mobile phone are also essential and the ability to work with a simple Excel spreadsheet.
