Job Purpose: To co-ordinate access to and provision of information, advocacy, assessment, planning and family support in collaboration with the other services for children and families.

SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or professional qualification in Social Work,OccupationalTherapy,Education,CommunityEducation, Nursing or equivalent
