Job Description

Salary: £39,862 - £41,771 per annum

Hours per week: 37 hours

Interview dates: Weeks commencing Monday 29 June 2026 and Monday 6 July 2026

We have an opportunity for a talented and experienced individual to join our dynamic and innovative Transformation team at Wiltshire Council, where we are committed to driving positive change and collaboration to shape the future for the people of Wiltshire.

As a Transformation Officer, you will play a pivotal role and be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives and organisational change. You will work closely with multiple teams to implement transformative solutions and ensure the successful execution of our strategic objectives. You will also lead change management initiatives, conduct thorough analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement and innovation to enhance efficiency for our customers, productivity, and overall performance using transformation methodologies.

To excel in this role, you need to be an organised and analytical individual who possesses good problem-solving skills and is able to find innovative solutions. You will bring with your excellent communication skills, the capability to manage multiple projects and the ability to foster a positive, inclusive working environment.
