You are solely responsible for the content you post. Rest Less (Intrepid Owls Ltd) does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user comments.

Rights Granted to Rest Less

By submitting a comment, you grant Rest Less (Intrepid Owls Ltd) a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display your comment in any format or media, for any purpose connected with our services, business, or communications.

Moderation Rights

Rest Less reserves the right to edit, refuse, or remove any comment at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Repeat breaches of the Commenting Guidelines may result in suspension or permanent removal of commenting privileges.

Prohibited Content

You must not post any material that infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of third parties.

You must not post content that contains viruses, malicious code, or attempts to interfere with the operation of the website.

No Obligation to Retain Content

Rest Less is not obliged to retain or provide copies of your comments and may delete them permanently at our discretion.

Rest Less accepts no liability for comments posted by users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rest Less will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from reliance on, or exposure to, user comments.

Breach of these Commenting Terms & Conditions may result in your comments being removed, your account access restricted, or further action being taken (including reporting to relevant authorities if required).

Rest Less may update these Commenting Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the commenting functionality will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Guidelines

At Rest Less, we welcome thoughtful comments that add value to the conversation. Our commenting sections are designed to be open spaces where members of our community can connect, share ideas and experiences, and support each other. To help keep things safe and respectful for everyone, we ask that you follow a few simple rules:

Be Kind and Respectful

We’re all here for different reasons, but we’re all human. Disagreeing is fine – in fact, different viewpoints make conversations richer – but personal attacks, name-calling, or unkind language won’t be tolerated.

Stay on Topic and Be Constructive

We love hearing your thoughts – especially when they help others learn, reflect, or feel heard. If you’re commenting, try to keep it relevant to the topic and focus on contributing something useful, helpful or uplifting. This isn’t a space for rants, complaints about other users, or off-topic distractions.

No Hate, Harassment or Discrimination

We want everyone to feel safe here. Comments that include bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind – whether based on someone’s race, gender, age, ability, religion, sexual orientation or background – will be removed.

No Advertising, Spam or Promotions

Please don’t use the comment sections to promote businesses, products, events, social media accounts or other websites – whether they’re your own or someone else’s. This includes posting affiliate links or recommending network marketing schemes.

Protect Your Privacy (and Others’)

Keep in mind this is a public space. Please don’t share any personal details – like your phone number, email, home address, or anything about someone else – that you wouldn’t be comfortable seeing published on the internet.

Follow the Law

Please don’t post anything illegal or encourage others to break the law. This includes sharing false or misleading information, promoting unsafe behaviour, or linking to unlawful content. We may remove such comments and take further action if needed.

Moderation and Reporting

We don’t pre-approve comments, but we do moderate them – both automatically and manually. If you spot something that doesn’t feel right, please flag it or get in touch with us at [email protected].

Everyone is responsible for what they post, so please think before you hit “submit”. If your comment breaks the rules, we may remove it and, in some cases, restrict future commenting.
