Our trainee adviser role provides the opportunity to help others with the problems they contact us about - from helping resolve work place problems or housing issues to supporting people with financial worries; maximising income or giving advice on budgeting and debts. Supported by expert paid staff wherever you volunteer you will also have access to Citizens Advice information resources and nationally recognised training. If you like helping people and are a good communicator this role could be perfect for you.

We have opportunities to advise in person or by phone across Salford.
