Job Description
The Compliance Assistant will support the Head of Compliance and ultimately the Falcon Foundation in maintaining high standards of governance, regulatory compliance, safeguarding, operational administration, and risk management.
What will you be doing?
- Assist in maintaining compliance with Charity Commission requirements and internal governance procedures.
- Maintain governance registers including:
- Conflict of Interest Register
- Risk Register
- Volunteer Records
- Partnership & Sponsorship Registers
- Policy Review Logs
- Assist with annual compliance reviews and trustee documentation.
- Monitor policy review dates and ensure policies remain current and aligned with best practice.
