Treasurer

Ely Foodbank is looking for a committed and values-driven Treasurer to join our Board of Trustees and play a vital role in guiding the financial health and future sustainability of a charity supporting thousands of people across our region.

What will you be doing?

As Treasurer, you will: Provide strategic financial oversight and guidance to the Board Help ensure the charity remains financially sustainable and well-governed Support budgeting, reporting, and financial planning alongside our CEO and finance support team Help shape the long-term future of a vital local organisation

What are we looking for?

We'd especially love to hear from people who:

• Have experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, banking, or business management
• Can confidently interpret financial reports and budgets
• Care deeply about community impact and social justice
• Want to use their professional skills to make a meaningful difference

Previous Trustee experience is not essential — support, induction, and training will be provided.
