Job Description
Lead a thriving leisure centre and shape the future of fitness in your community. Take full ownership of daily operations at Kingswood Active Lifestyle Centre as our new Duty Manager.
What you'll be doing
You'll run the day-to-day operations of our busy facility. Working as part of our Operations Management Team, you'll drive performance across health and fitness and swimming programmes.
- Take direct responsibility for facility operations
- Drive excellent customer satisfaction standards
- Monitor health and safety compliance
- Oversee facility cleanliness standards
- Support performance improvements across all services
What we're looking for
- You're flexible and understand business needs
- Current NPLQ qualification
- Flexible approach to business requirements
- Ambition to contribute to our future success
Working arrangements
Hours: 2.25 hours per week contract (4.5 hours shift every other Sunday evening)
