Leisure Assistant

Join our Leisure Assistant team at Yate Active Lifestyle Centre where you'll use your lifeguarding skills to keep people safe whilst working for an employer who genuinely supports your career development.

What you'll be doing

• Lifeguard poolside and carry out rescues and life-saving techniques as necessary
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed throughout the centre
• Report any risks and maintain a clean, safe environment for users
• Set up and take down equipment

What we're looking for

• Current National Pool Lifeguard qualification
• Passion for health and fitness
• Someone who wants to work for a company that supports your career

Working arrangements

The rota pattern is as on a 3 week rotating pattern and is as follows:

Week 1:

Tuesday 16.45-20.30

Wednesday 09.30-15.30

Thursday 09.15-15.30

Friday 09.30-15.30

Saturday 12.15-18.15

Week 2:

Tuesday 16.45-20.30

Wednesday 09.30-15.30

Thursday 14.00-22.00

Friday 09.30-15.30

Saturday 12.15-18.15

Week 3:

Tuesday 16.45-20.30

Wednesday 09.30-15.30

Friday 09.30-15.30

Saturday 07.45-18.15
