Senior HR Consultant - Organisational DevelopmentWaverley CourtSalary: £47,639 - £56,392Hours: 36 per week As a Senior HR Consultant in Organisation Development you'll work closely with Services to design and deliver tailored solutions to organisation challenges. Using OD methodologies, tools and frameworks you'll support long-term organisational priorities and using data analysis and OD principles you'll design solutions that will support the Services through change.
The successful candidate will provide leading practice HR Consultancy on one or more of the following areas of our People Strategy:

Strategic Organisation Change
Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

Leadership

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
