What welook for in an Assistant Manager (Bar Manager):

  • Line cleans : Take ownership of weekly line cleaning, ensuring all beer and dispense lines are cleaned consistently weekly.

Stock take : Complete monthly stock take as well as a weekly stock line check ensuring all bar stock is correctly counted, recorded, and reconciled, while identifying any variances.

  • Stock rotation : Maintain excellent stock rotation, minimising waste and ensuring product quality.
  • Weekly ordering : Manage weekly bar orders accurately, balancing stock levels, and upcoming events.
  • Cellar Management : Keep the cellar organised, clean, and well maintained.
  • Standards and compliance : Ensure all cellar and bar procedures meet company standards and food safety requirements.
  • Ahands-on leader with the ability to manage the day-to-day running of thebusiness.
