With 9 cosy bedrooms, a fantastic bar,restaurant and courtyard garden, it's known locally for its excellent food andwarm welcome. The site benefits from tourists visiting the area due to itsproximity to Highclere Castle, known for being the home of the Crawley familyin the Downton Abbey.

Nestled amidst the rolling hills and verdant landscapes ofKingsclere, Bel and The Dragon stands as a timeless gem within this charmingtown. The building's historical architecture and cozy interior provide awelcoming haven for both locals and visitors alike. The new General Manager must be the face of thebusiness with exceptional customer service skills, whilst also possessing theability to adapt to the seasonal trends and the peaks in the business. Thedrive to get out and about and push sales further in both the corporate andleisure market is also a must.

We are looking for a General Managerwho has a proven track record executing large events and experience of jugglingmultiple revenue streams in a multifaceted business.
