The Governor's of Queen's Drive Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Welfare Assistant to work alongside established members of the team, between the hours of 12.30pm - 1.30pm Monday - Friday, term time only. Queen's Drive is a large primary with 437 children on roll. We are conveniently located in Fulwood with close links to the M6/M55 motorways.

Are able to work as part of the lunchtime supervision team in securing the safety, welfare and good conduct of the children.
Are able to supervise children in the school hall and playground.
Are able to support positive relationships.
Have good attendance history and are a reliable person.
Are able to use own initiative independently and work as part of a successful team.
Are willing to work in a face paced and busy environment.

First Aid Certificate
Ability to communicate well both verbally and written with adults and children.
A warm and welcoming manner.
Previous experience of working with children.
Knowledge of first aid record keeping.
