The Governor's of Queen's Drive Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Welfare Assistant to work alongside established members of the team, between the hours of 12.30pm - 1.30pm Monday - Friday, term time only. Queen's Drive is a large primary with 437 children on roll. We are conveniently located in Fulwood with close links to the M6/M55 motorways. We are a friendly school, with well mannered children and we would love to hear from you if you:-
  • Are able to work as part of the lunchtime supervision team in securing the safety, welfare and good conduct of the children.
  • Are able to supervise children in the school hall and playground.
  • Are able to support positive relationships.
  • Have good attendance history and are a reliable person.
  • Are able to use own initiative independently and work as part of a successful team.

  • First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and written with adults and children.
  • A warm and welcoming manner.
  • Previous experience of working with children.
  • Knowledge of first aid record keeping.
