This is an incredibly exciting time to join our service. We have launched Living Better Lives in Lancashire our new strengths-based vision for Adult Social Care. Through this we are embedding innovative practice that will make a real difference to the lives of people in our communities. We are looking for x2 Social Workers to support us to deliver our vision of supporting people to achieve what matters to them, living independently in a place they call home.

Joining our Safeguarding team as a Social Worker in this in this role you will be, part of a dynamic and forward-thinking Safeguarding Adults Service where your work makes a real and lasting difference. As a Social Worker, you will lead and coordinate safeguarding enquiries, working closely with individuals, families, and partner agencies to ensure adults at risk are safe while maintaining their independence and dignity. This is an exciting and fast-paced role offering a wide variety of work across diverse groups. You'll use a strengths-based, person-centred approach to empower people, reduce risk, and achieve meaningful outcomes that truly reflect what matters to them. While these positions are countywide the office base will be within our East or West hubs.

Social Work applicants must be registered with Social Work England (SWE) to be appointed as a Social Worker or have applied to register with SWE.
