As a Customer Outcomes Consultant, you'll use your pricing expertise to lead customer outcomes and remediation activity across NFU Mutual's insurance portfolio. You'll oversee the monitoring of customer outcome measures, identifying emerging risks and providing insight to inform decision-making. Alongside this, you'll contribute to governance and reporting activities, supporting the ongoing development of our fair pricing strategy and helping ensure customer, commercial and regulatory considerations remain balanced.
As a senior member of the team, you'll provide technical leadership, stakeholder management and oversight across a range of activities, while coaching and mentoring colleagues, promoting best practice and helping shape the future direction of Customer Outcomes within Pricing.

You'll be comfortable interpreting data, providing challenge and making recommendations that support fair customer and business outcomes.
You'll enjoy working across multiple teams and building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Alongside strong communication and influencing skills, you'll be confident coordinating activity, managing competing priorities and ensuring delivery remains focused on agreed outcomes.
