You will be adaptable and approachable in nature, not only prioritising resident care always but actively promoting continual improvement of standards in all areas. This approach should reinforce the provision of a clean and healthy environment in which our residents are valued, respected, and retain their individualism and dignity. You will continually assess the domestic needs of all residents.
Main duties of the job
We, at Akari Care, are seeking a dedicated Domestic Assistant for a 30-hour contract. The role involves working closely with the domestic and laundry teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in both residents' rooms and communal areas. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, approachable, and has a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of older people. A strong work ethic and the ability to handle pressure without affecting colleagues or residents are key. Qualifications
Essential
- Experience of working within a similar environment, a caring nature, flexibility, strong work ethic, resilience, and adaptability.
