Main duties of the job
As the Facilities Contracts Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support across the Contracts Team in the effective delivery of the contract deliverables. This will involve working closely with the team to ensure that our financial and contract documentation is accurately processed and maintained in accordance with our document and contract management systems. You will act with a high degree of autonomy, engaging with our regional property and finance teams and supply chain partners building, managing and maintaining productive relationships. This role requires commensurate experience of supporting a fast-paced contract management environment.

Experience
Essential
- Proven experience of working within a busy administrative environment
- Experience of managing / processing financial management documentation i.e. payment applications, invoices etc
- Experience of working closely with internal customers to resolve queries
- Proficient in taking meeting notes / actions
- Experience of assisting in drafting reports
- Proficient with Microsoft packages
Desirable
- Experience of working within a contract management environment with defined processes / procedures
- Experience of escalation management and resolution
- Experience of financial management platforms including coding, raising purchase orders etc
Qualifications
Essential
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 5
Desirable
- Contract Management / IWFM qualification
