Main duties of the job
The Senior Care Coordinator will lead a team of Care Coordinators at Libertatem Healthcare Group, based in Wokingham. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience. The position centers around operational excellence, team development, and financial oversight. Key responsibilities include leading and coaching a team to deliver high-quality care, ensuring rota efficiency, resolving financial queries, and collaborating with various teams for smooth service delivery. Candidates must have at least four years experience in care coordination or related roles, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in care management systems such as One Touch and Microsoft Office. A full driving licence and access to transport are required. Desirable qualifications include NVQ/QCF Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care, management experience, and knowledge of CQC regulations.
