The role:
If you love meeting new people and want a role with real purpose and a better work-life balance, face-to-face fundraising could be a fantastic fit.
Ideally suited for those with fundraising, sales, or customer-facing backgrounds, no prior charity fundraising experience is required, as we provide full training, ongoing mentorship, and all the tools to help you succeed.
We're looking for good people who:
- Are naturally great with others, with plenty of personality and a willingness to learn.
- Have a strong work ethic and the tenacity to deliver for the charity.
- Hold a full UK driving licence, own a car, and are willing to travel both locally and into surrounding areas.
- Feel motivated working in different environments each day.
- Love dogs or feel passionate about helping them (A big bonus!)
What we offer you:
- A permanent 4 or 5 day contract with the option of a 2-week rotation.
- A basic salary of £23,400 + uncapped commission paid 4 weekly with achievable OTE of £45K (pro rata for 4 days)
- First-class training and ongoing field mentorship
- Fully pre-booked venues from supermarkets to shows and events across the region
- 28 Days annual leave (full-time) or pro-rata for part-time
- Paid mileage to and from your venue.
- Automatic enrolment into our pension scheme after probation.
