How do I get started as a fitness instructor?
To become a qualified fitness instructor with Move it or Lose it, learners complete the FABS Training Programme. The programme was developed in partnership with the Centre for Healthy Ageing Research at the University of Birmingham and is built around national CMO and NICE guidelines for older adults.
