Through the development of GOV.UK One Login, the programme aims to provide a simpler, more consistent way for people to prove their identity and access government services. The programme supports a more joined-up approach to digital identity across government, helping improve the citizen experience, reduce duplication and strengthen the protection of public services against fraud.
