What are the available health checks?
- Be.Motivated – Get a detailed look into your lifestyle with a variety of health checks. One of our fully qualified health advisers will talk about the results and help come up with a plan to benefit your future self.
- Be.Reassured – Two-hours to look into your health journey, including up to an hour with a doctor.
- Mature Health Check – With tests specifically for those over 65, our Mature Health assessment can give you a picture of your health in later life.
- Targeted Cancer Screening – Designed for people without any cancer symptoms, our cancer screening involves a GP looking for signs of certain cancers before symptoms appear. This is tailored to you and, if clinically appropriate can cover breast, cervical, prostate and bowel cancer.
- Be.Health at home – Don’t live near a Bupa health centre, or prefer the comfort and convenience of home? You can complete your tests and talk to a health adviser from home via video call.
- Breast Health Check – Designed for people over 40 without any cancer symptoms, our Breast Health Check includes:
– Time with a GP to talk through your medical history any concerns you have.
– A breast cancer screening examination.
– A mammogram.
- Colon Health Check – Designed for people over 45 without any cancer symptoms, our Colon Health Check includes:
– Time with a GP to talk through your medical history any concerns you have.
– A CT scan to check for polyps and other signs of cancer.
- Coronary Health Check – Our Coronary Health Check includes:
– Time with a GP to talk through your medical history any concerns you have.
– Physical measurement checks to look at your overall health.
– Blood tests to look at your cholesterol and risk of diabetes.
– Heart screening tests such as a blood pressure test and electrocardiogram (ECG).
