About The Role

Start Date: Q1

Full Time: 40 hours per week

Contract: 12 month FTC

Salary: Depending upon experience

Location: Aztec West Studio, North Bristol.

The Role:

We are looking for a Talent Manager to assist the Studio and the Supervisors in a range of departmental activities that ensure the smooth running of all Stop Motion projects. With a focus on talent coordination, recruiting and development for the immediate and long-term goals of the studio.

About You

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will coordinate the Art & Puppet Department talent overview schedules to help ensure each production gets the talent it needs. Included within this would be outreach and the sourcing of new talent. They will also maintain links and develop new ones with colleges / training / establishments in liaison with Head of Production HR and Academy.

The perfect candidate will have 3+ Years experience in Stop Motion (essential), with effective communication skills both written & oral, with a friendly and personable manner.
