Job Title: FalconWorks Programme Security Lead

Salary:£63,900
What you'll be doing:
- Working with multiple complex stakeholders, devising and delivering a portfolio of assurance activities, aligned to governance as part of the annual assurance and/or audit programme across the LoB, to prevent damage, loss or compromise of assets across the Physical, Personnel, Technical and Cyber domains of security
- Supporting the development and implementation of concise processes, that enable the LoB security function and wider function to be risk informed and intelligence led
- Supporting the establishment and management of a central security compliance and assurance "network" to provide guidance and instruction across the LoB and wider Air UK BAE Systems businesses
- Developing and implementing operational assurance and governance measures that are proportionate and enable LoB to be agile and maintaining a number of key stakeholder relationships with senior managers across LoB, Sector and Group security functions
- Supporting the Head of Security in driving security culture, behaviours and communication across LoB
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- In-depth knowledge of HMG and industry standard security policy, standards and good practice guidance
- Experience of delivering security management and protecting high value assets and working in high-risk environments
- Demonstrates technical knowledge and skills reflective of an expert practitioner who has progressed within security positions of increasing responsibility
Desirable:
- Trusted and established network of cross government stakeholder relationships
- Proven experience of managing and maintaining governance mechanisms, working across multiple stakeholders to develop and integrate robust governance (plans, processes, procedures, policies etc)
- Proven experience of leading compliance and assurance activities within any regulated sectors (or commercial organisations bound by HMG standards)

Lead on the development/maturation of Threat and Risk frameworks supporting the outputs of the LoB.
