Job Description
Job title:Test Systems Team Leader
Location:Rochester, Kent
Salary:Up to £ 58,000 (depending in skills and experience)
What you'll be doing:
- Working in a team environment team leading the development of Test Equipment solutions that support the complex and demanding requirements of our military products
- Teams management and development
- Scheduling & cost control
- Risk and opportunities management
- Internal/external project reviews
- Lifecycle management
- Produce estimates
- Sub-contractor management
Your skills and experiences:
- Experience of working in an engineering environment
- Experience of Equipment design
- Educated to degree level or equivalent working experience
- Proven Team leader or management background
- Solutions provider who has a thinking outside the box approach

The Electronic Systems team:
As a Test Systems Team Leader, you will be will working as part of an integrated project team developing innovative Test Equipment solutions using the latest technology and supporting the program, repairs and aftermarket service.
This role will provide you with a great opportunity of being part of a growing team into 2025, where development is encouraged, with opportunities to direct ladder or side step into other areas of the BAE Systems organisation.
