Service Engineer (Self Employed) Part Time

Self - Employed only.
£20 per hour
Hours and Availability to be discussed at initial phone interview.
You will need to be capable of working alone and maintaining performance.
This role may suit semi-retired or shift pattern worker.
We have a role which is very flexible and can be split and organised as required. It may suit someone looking for weekend work, in between shifts or short days.
Essentially the role is to manage and maintain the vehicles and equipment for the business.
Depending on technical expertise will depend on tasks undertaken. Vehicles, telehandler and cherry picker tend to be outsourced but knowledge of vehicle mechanics would be advantageous.
The woodchippers, chainsaws, hedge cutters, stump grinders, digger, compact tractors, mini loaders, vehicle and trailer lights, we service in house and require someone to support the maintenance of these items.
Skills required for the role:
• The role would suit somebody that is physically fit and enjoys manual work.
• Capable of undertaking basic mechanical work
This role will require you to have experience in vehicle/equipment mechanics/maintenance and hold a full UK driver's license (manual), with zero points.
