About the role

The IS Analyst for Workplace User Adoption works within Booker's IS team and is responsible for empowering our colleagues to maximise the value of our IT systems through clear, concise, and accessible documentation. You will create and maintain user guides, support materials, and SharePoint resources, ensuring they are always up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. This role is crucial for driving user satisfaction, improving system utilisation, and ultimately contributing to Booker's customer satisfaction and cash profit.
