DATA SELECTIONS EXECUTIVE

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum

Reports to: Senior Marketing Data Manager

Department: Marketing, Fundraising and Engagement

Contract: 12 month fixed-term contract / internal secondment

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Stratford, London w/ high-flex (1 - 2 days per week in the office)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Selections Executive to join our Marketing & Digital team. Working with teams across our Marketing, Fundraising and Engagement area, you will be involved in understanding the aims behind supporter communications and delivering accurate campaign data to fulfil this. You will create the queries within Adobe Campaign, applying segmentation and business rules to the supporter data.

What will I be doing?

  • Building data workflows within Adobe Campaign through the creation of segments that meet the audience objectives of the campaign brief, maximising the value of our contactable base

  • Ensuring the accuracy of the data extracted to prevent any negative supporter experiences

  • Building database queries to provide data counts and analysis to teams across MFE

  • Providing data extracts to support business processes and campaign selection requirements

  • Ensuring that all selections and administrative tasks are scheduled in line with the campaign planning schematic

  • Maintaining all data selections documentation and working processes

  • Maintaining the campaign stem code database, ensuring it is kept up to date and can deliver future insight needs.

What skills are you looking for?

  • Some experience of selecting data for marketing

  • Good knowledge of supporter / customer databases

  • Experience of using business intelligence software to interrogate

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload

  • A proactive approach to work and problem solving

  • An ability to build strong relationships at all levels

  • Background in Marketing, Data/IT, or similar

  • A drive to learn new skills and join a leading UK organisation.
