Job Description
Grade D - £28,504 (National Framework) or £34,176 (London Framework - if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) - There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £581 per annum for those working from home
Contracted Hours: Full time 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term or Secondment Opportunity until March 2026
Location: We can offer home-based working or office-based working

As a Resourcing Officer with a 'can-do' attitude, you will be trusted to work autonomously to deliver a diverse portfolio of work within the Recruitment Team, ensuring that campaigns and processes are designed and delivered in an objective, impartial and consistent way.

Understanding the value of providing a positive experience to a range of key stakeholders is of utmost importance. You'll work with, and influence hiring managers and internal colleagues and external candidates ensuring that you provide best practice advice where necessary to ensure that the best possible service is delivered.
You'll need an eye for detail and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records via a candidate management system to ensure effective candidate and vacancy management.

What you will bring...
We're looking for someone who is proactive, solution focused, approachable and willing to learn and share knowledge with others. The recruitment processes you will deliver are inclusive and evidence based, ensuring that data is monitored to identify potential risk and adverse impact to less advantaged groups.
You will have a keen interest in resourcing, with essential experience of managing both permanent & temporary in-house approval to offer stage recruitment process, using best practice attraction and assessment methods before handing over to our People Support Team who manage onboarding.
You will have a proven track record of excellent customer service and building trust with a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders, providing advice and challenge to ensure that the best appointments and decisions are made. You will also value Diversity and Inclusion and ensure that it is considered in all areas of your work.
