Chadwick Textiles is a successful and long established company specialising in "unbranded" premium quality team sport and training wear clothing. Our wide and varied B2B customer base includes sports brands, sports retailers, resellers, and garment decorators. Our company is synonymous with market leading multisport products for schools, universities, grass roots and pro sports clubs and organisations.

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a passionate, creative, and forward-thinking marketing manager to manage all aspects of our marketing strategy. Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in a wide variety of marketing functions. The successful individual will work closely with the Directors and the sales team to deliver our key marketing goals. You will be afforded a high level of autonomy in the role and be expected to take responsibility for all activity under the marketing banner and help drive forward our business in the following areas:

  • E marketing - create and help design regular eMarketing campaigns to new and prospect customers. Implement suitable systems to manage and analyse click throughs to help the sales team maximise opportunities by segmentation and follow ups.
  • Social - populate relevant social media via a regular planner, experience of Hootsuite /Torello would be an advantage. Create and post all LinkedIn / twitter posts. Assist and advise other employees and field sales as to best practice to engage potential new contacts and opportunity through different media.
  • Website management - an understanding of website build, creation and functionality is assumed. Updating newsfeed and visual product information, banner updates and video. Responsible for website enhancements ongoing combined with suitable analytical tools such as hot jar and google analytics.
  • SEO -ensuring relevant tags and activity to improve organic SEO.
  • Sales tools/documents - updating and maintaining sales literature in a creative, accurate and consistent manner (brand guardian). Examples include price lists, email banners and order forms. Using our inhouse software to promote marketing activity to achieve our marketing objectives.
  • Project and market research - overseeing research products to aid the development of new markets and customers. Working closely with the Sales Director to filter sales project names using marketing activity. Activity to drive customers to our online portal. Project manage exhibition stand design and build.
  • Maintaining a good handle on our wider industry in terms of competitive threats.
  • PR - build relationships with relevant industry publications to ensure regular features and editorial. Help develop, maintain, and promote our ongoing sustainability plans to suppliers and customers alike.

Salary level will depend on experience circa £45-50k

We also offer a discretionary bonus for company and personal performance.

Hours 8am - 5pm
