Job Description

The successful candidate will work alongside military and civilian colleagues as a member of the small but dynamic 19 Sqn HQ Team in providing a comprehensive, efficient and effective administration service to the OC and the Executive Officer alongside Sqn Executives. This is a demanding job with the requirement to be able to think on your feet and act accordingly without supervision. The successful candidate must be able to perform under time pressure and provide solutions by using initiative. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail and forward thinking are key attributes for the role. The successful candidate will need to follow processes and procedures, and respect confidentiality.
