Job Description
Key accountabilitiesSupport the Government Soft Landings Manager to provide the department with assurance on documentation and data.Supporting the assurance of DWP processes, procedures, and guides for DWP Estates Government Soft Landings approach.Ensuring that all relevant project protocols are issued to the Project Team, Design Teams and Sub-contractors and adhered to throughout the project and asset change life cycles.Responsible for the management of any handover documents to Facilities Management, record keeping of data or documents to Departmental and/or legal requirements as a minimum.Provide assurance report(s) on Facilities Management alignment to expectations on up keeping the golden thread of information management.Implementation of any agreed & governed process changes to workflows through continuous improvement mechanisms.Liaising with the client, designers, contractors throughout the project lifecycle to manage Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP)s for projects, assuring adherence using the data available and reporting structures to highlight issues.Assure the GSL by attend project meetings when required to gain understanding of programme & project progress to ensure compliance.Responsible for co-ordinating and report development across GSL, this may extend to including data gathering and data analysis.Any additional tasks as requested which support the Government Soft Landings approach outlined by the line manager.
