Youll be working on projects that really matter and will make a difference.You will be a member of the Met Office Property Management team, assisting in the implementation of the key estate management duties across a diverse Met Office property portfolio to ensure the delivery of an operationally efficient and effective estate. Your key duties Estate Strategy - Help enable the Met Office Estate Strategy, including implementation of strategic Met Office and government business drivers and policy to develop your own knowledge;Estate Management - engage in management of landlord & tenant matters including acquisitions and disposals relating to maximising and optimising performance of the diverse Met Office estate; Stakeholder Engagement - work with internal and external stakeholders to enable provision of timely professional value added advice to assist in the management of the Met Office estate and the effective delivery of projects to meet business needs; Data & Records Management - help maintain and improvement effective Met Office Estate records and systems to improve data capture and knowledge.
