Apprentice Chef - Oxford

On completion of the Apprenticeship you will achieve the Commis Chef L2 and become a qualified Chef.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the kitchen team in the preparation and serving of all meals associated with the hotel.
• To follow best practice and safe working to deliver exceptional food at the highest standard.
• Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and events including weddings.
• Under the guidance and stewardship of a Head Chef and Executive Chef, learn and deploy skill to work in a fun and engaging kitchen environment, serving top quality foods consistently
